Complete website terms and conditions can be viewed here, the current page has an abbreviated version. You must agree to these terms and conditions to use this site and download the 'Dan Y Cownter 3' album.
The site is provided by Welsh Music Foundation and the Welsh Language Board.
We try to ensure it's correct, up-to-date and malware free, but can't guarantee that, and we're not responsible for websites we link to.
We collect some data about you automatically as you browse and ask for more before you download the album. We don't share your details with anyone and only use them to contact you (if you opt in) and to compile statistics about this project.
The content of this site (photos, graphics, text etc.) is owned by us or properly licenced from the owner. Please contact us if you'd like to reproduce parts of it.
Music Downloads
You don't pay to download Dan Y Cownter 3 but that doesn't make it free! The Welsh Language Board, funded by Welsh Assembly Government, paid the songwriters to use their tracks and you're NOT 'free' to do whatever you want with the music.
Do: Put it on your computer, mp3 player, phone etc. Burn a CD and print the artwork to keep for yourself. Play it for your friends and direct them to the Dan Y Cownter website to get their own copy. Listen lots!
Don't: Make copies for someone else, share via P2P, put on youtube, post to your blog, your myspace or anywhere else on the web. Some of the artists will be happy for you to do these things but contact them first and get their permission.
